GOP LEADERS CAUGHT UP IN THE ABRAMOFF SCHEME

Politicians are a Charming bunch at best and but when the hypocrits of THE REPUBLICAN CHRISTIAN RIGHT WING
get caught with their pants down I laugh and say, "I TOLD YOU SO." I have been saying for years the best way to recognize that it is a preacher coming out of a house is that he will either be counting money or zipping up his pants..or both.

For years Reed had been raising the ire of the bible thumpers against gambling casinos. Well, he kept on doing it except he was getting paid by Abramoff to lead the protest against the competion. I love it. I have supported the republican part since the Goldwater era and have even figured that holding hands with the Christian right wing was better than a gotdam socialist democrat. But these gents have got me to rethinking the whole issue. At least with the socialists you know they are prevaricating thieves who will rip off the White House Furniture and pardon someone on the FBI's ten most wanted list. But the GOP and the Christians are supposed to be honest. Yeah, right. Charming, Just Charming.
